Chris Soriano

Chief Financial Officer

Agile, analytical, and proactive, Chris Soriano is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over three decades of experience driving sustainable growth in the global manufacturing and production industry.

Since joining Tri Tool Technologies in 2010, Chris oversees global financial planning, accounting, reporting, analysis, product and services pricing, business analytics, tax and treasury, and financial administrative operations. His creative, “how can we” approach, strong financial acumen, and ability to work closely with the board enables forward-thinking, customer-centric growth across the company. He works against the status quo to broaden finance options for customers; finds novel solutions for company insurance; and continually strives to streamline and improve administrative processes.

Prior to joining Tri Tool, Chris served as the North American Controller for a publicly traded European manufacturing company. In this role, he helped oversee business expansion across the United States (US) and establish recurring revenue streams. Prior to this, he was at a publicly traded US-based communications and production company, moving through the ranks from a financial analyst to Vice President of Finance during his tenure. Here, he was also part of a senior management team that nearly tripled the size of their unit through organic growth and acquisitions, including the construction of a 180,000 sq-ft facility to support the expansion.

Outside of Tri Tool, Chris serves as the Finance Chairperson and Treasurer for Presidio Captive Insurance, a national organization with over 325 active members from various industries across the US. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, with an emphasis in finance, and he obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from California State University, Fullerton.
