Christopher M. Belle
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Belle is the Chief Executive Officer of Tri Tool Technologies, where he leads the precision machining manufacturer's strategy, operations, and growth across aerospace, semiconductor, power generation, oil and gas, life sciences, and government markets.
Chris joined Tri Tool in May 2020 and has led the company's strategic pivot toward aerospace and semiconductor end markets while meaningfully expanding its engineered products business. Under his leadership, Tri Tool has strengthened its position with the National Labs, leading aerospace manufacturers, semi-conductor fabricators and has invested in factory modernization and product innovation to support long-term growth.
Chris brings more than 20 years of industrial leadership experience to the role. He joined Tri Tool from Siemens, where he led the $200M transition of the Department of Defense Steam Turbine business to a leading defense contractor. Earlier at Siemens, he served as a global sales leader for Turbine-Generators across Germany, Brazil, and the United States, delivering over $165M in annual revenue and growing North American sales by more than 100% in the Power and Gas division.
Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) and is a frequent panelist on California manufacturing policy and industrial leadership topics. He holds an MBA in International Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
