Justin Tripp joined Tri Tool in 2009 and has been a member of the Strategic Leadership Team as Head of Technical Solutions since 2016. As a subject matter expert in industrial systems engineering and machine automation, Justin has led the development of many of Tri Tool's products in the Oil & Gas, Government & Military, and MissionBuilt™ custom equipment market spaces.

Over the last several years, Tri Tool's engineering team has redefined the meaning of customer-centric product design and project execution, with Tripp leading the charge. Justin believes that ensuring the success of Tri Tool's customers is always job #1 - and is achieved through partnership, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to solve the industry's most challenging problems. He enjoys traveling to customer facilities for deep dives into customer challenges and exploring new and innovative opportunities to overcome those pressure points.

Justin's professional experience spans over 20 years, including prior roles as Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Manager, and Head of Manufacturing within a variety of industries covering aerospace, defense, industrial press, professional audio, and factory automation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is also licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California.
