Dawn Greene joined Tri Tool Technologies in 2025 as Head of People and Culture, where she oversees the full HR function including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and culture initiatives. As a member of the SeniorLeadershipTeam, she is focused on building a strong talent pipeline and continuing to strengthen what is already one of Tri Tool's greatest assets: its culture!
Dawn brings more than 15 years of HR experience across manufacturing, construction, property management, and hospitality. She joined Tri Tool from Aerometals, Inc., a global aerospace manufacturer, where as the sole HR professional she built onboarding, training, and performance management programs from the ground up. Earlier in her career, she led multi-state HR and payroll operations across 36 states. Her expertise spans employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and building HR infrastructure in complex, fast-moving environments.
Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in English from California State University, Sacramento, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a certification she earned through self-study.
Manufacturing runs in Dawn's family, which gives her a personal connection to the work. Outside of work, you'll find her hiking, discovering local music, chasing the next great photo, or planning the next family trip.
