RANCHO CORDOVA — Tri Tool today announced that Mandi Higley has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture, a new department within Tri Tool focused on maximizing employee value, developing dynamic talent acquisition strategies, and designing collaborative, synergetic work environments that foster innovation and creativity to solve Tri Tool’s customers’ toughest challenges.
Higley brings over 15 years of human resources and strategic planning experience. Prior to joining Tri Tool, Higley served as the Human Resources Director of PRIDE Industries. In that role, she oversaw PRIDE’s labor relations functions for over 6,000 employees, including administration, employee communications, recruiting, training, and development for the company’s government and commercial contracts. Previously, Higley worked Sutter Health, serving as the Human Resources Supervisor, and for Blue Shield of California, where she was the Senior Wellness Program Manager and Human Resources Manager.
Higley is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, where she focused on English, and she is a graduate of the University of California – Davis, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management.
