Due to the tremendous growth and leadership in market share for the onsite machining business, Tri Tool Thermal Services (TTTS) has been formed to address a growing number of requests from many of our customers.

With TTTS we can deliver comprehensive solutions to "turnkey project" needs. TTTS offers code compliant welding, from in-house fabrication, to the most complex onsite projects. We have assembled a management staff with an overwhelming amount of code welding experience in all of the industries that we serve.

TTTS has an ASME and National Board accredited QA/QC program. TTTS holds ASME, Section I "S" and Section VIII "U" stamps and a National Board "R" Certificate for repairs and alterations. Our AIA of record is Hartford Steam Boiler.

All TTTS welders are tested and qualified under ASME, Section IX requirements. As an additional quality measure all welder performance qualification test coupons are subject to radiographic examination. The majority of our certified welders are cross-trained in the necessary machining skills to increase project efficiency.

TTTS is available to address your code welding project requirements 24/7. As with our machining capabilities we can mobilize our thermal service crews on an emergent basis to help provide a solution to your specific issues.
